STUDYING PALATINO

This accordion fold’s purpose is to inform the viewers about the typeface Palatino. The information that’s included was research I had conducted in order to tell the history of Palatino. I wanted to make this accordion fold flow and have a sense of continuity. I really focused on the elegance of Palatino and create an accordion fold that compliments Palatino nicely.

I had collected multiple typefaces over a span of two months, the purpose was to treat them as shapes and for them to complement Palatino. Treating them as shapes would allow me to tie in the different elements together and allows me to display the information in a more interesting way.
